If a third party credit scheme is used to pay premiums we may pass information about you to credit reference agencies and we may also pass them details of your payment record with us.

The on-line quotation systems used on our website are operated and administered by Third Party companies, all of whom are properly authorised for the type of business being transacted. They have contractual obligations to use your personal data for the purposes of administering the product purchased only.

We may also use your data to make offers of other products and services that may be of interest to you, you are under no obligation to purchase these and may opt out of further marketing at any time by sending us a written, email or fax instruction, clearly identifying you and the address and or email that you wish to opt out. We cannot accept a verbal instruction and may request verification of any instruction to opt out.

Please note, that in doing so, your information is not removed from the database but flagged to prevent further messages from being sent to that address. You may at any time remove yourself from this database by requesting in writing for us to do so.

You may not unsubscribe from email delivery of quotations and policy documents and general communications as these are necessary to the correct administration of your insurance policy and to the functioning of our quotation systems.
